WE TAILOR OR SERVICE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF OUR CLIENT. SOME OF THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE ARE:
- LISTING RENTAL PROPERTY IN THE MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE
- ADVERTISING ON SEVERAL WEBSITES
- PROCURING AND SCREENING TENANTS - RENT APPLICATION AND RUNNING CREDIT; VERIFY EMPLOYMENT AND LAST RESIDENCY.
- WRITING LEASE AGREEMENT, COLLECTING DEPOSITS
- CONDUCTING MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT INSPECTIONS
- COLLECTING RENT
- MAILING NECESSARY CORRESPONDENCE; I.E LATE FEES

IF YOU ARE A TENANT LOOKING FOR A HOME TO RENT FEEL FREE TO GIVE US A CALL. BE PREPARED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
- You need verifiable income of at least 2 times the monthly rent.
- You need a good recommendation from your current landlord.
- You need decent credit for the last twelve months
If you've had some problems with your credit, I can work with you, but I may require two month's rent in addition to the security deposit.
